Art for Role Cards = Chibis Galore!

Today we bring to you a dozen chibis to fulfill the roles found in Danmaku!! These were illustrated by Deji, who has done numerous other cards for us and recently released her very own visual novel, Autumn’s Journey.

Each role card features three Touhou characters to provide an example of the kinds of friends or foes you’ll find in Gensokyo.

Most Touhous are bosses, and many fiction fans would argue that antagonists are even more important than protagonists. The stage boss features Remilia, Miko, and Satori; all people I’d like to share a drink with. If you count the number of gameovers in the Touhou series, the bosses have the best win/loss ratio by far.
