It is Gneisenau. There's no design for her yet so this is the artist's original design for her.

Reverse battlecruiser. High speed, heavy armor, lighter guns.

Well, she and her sister were more like armored cruisers.

That was what the Deutschland-class cruisers were actually. The "Pocket Battleships" were actually armored cruisers. Gneisenau was a battleship with lighter than normal guns. She was able to be fitted with twin 38cm cannon, but this was never finished. The lighter than normal guns or if refitted, lighter number of guns than normal would have classified her as a battlecruiser since she would have traded her armaments for speed, as oppose to the British standard practice of trading armor for speed.

Germans liked a higher rate of fire verse the British. Also these ships were built to raid rather than fight in a battle line against the Royal Navy.

Looked at the records and, apparently, it went down almost exactly as shown here.

    "What ship are you?"

    "I am ze HMS Emerald."

    "Wait... What?!"

    "Run away! Run away!"

I am ze light Kreuzer Emerald. A very bold-faced lie, considering Emerald is an old ship that doesn't even remotely look alike.

Well then, Emerald, would you be so kind as to tell us the secret of the Golden Chest? Stock equip of Emerald and Edinburgh. Completely useless and only serves as scrapping fodder, yielding a decent chunk of resources. This item is a reference to Operation Fish.
