Blonder version of Kongou is all well and good but I like this Iowa who helps the others come to terms with their bad histories. With malice towards none, and charity for all.

Going by the first page, she knows which destoryer division this is, but I wonder if she knows that's Maikaze specifically when she singled her out for the handshake.
