maybe if they bring human woman or other monster into the hive they become servants for the queen or must help out in the hive. but when one of the workers become pregancery even if says they can´t is this a problem?

monstergirls who are unable to have children with man can in one case a mother for children. when they live with a widowed man together who has children from his former wife the children can accepted the monstergirl as her new mother. in that case honeybees and other monstergirls with same problem can bee happy too even when the children are not their own.
