I think from all my experiences on 2-3 and 4-2, hacchan gets rekt more often than any other submarine. Yeah no, that's called placebo. Statistically Imuya is the weakest of the combat viable Submarines, whereas Hachi is tied for the second strongest, and that includes being stronger than Ro and Shioi.
Interesting, probably I don't notice Imuya's faults because I only use it for 2-3, she has permanently two turbines equipped and it takes one hour to repair. I have Ro, Goya, Iku and Hacchan exclusively for 4-2 but it's a nuisance to wait 2-3 hours for Hacchan's and sometimes Goya and Iku's repair.
Looking now at the stats table they all share more or less the same evasion value. Shioi has even less evasion... mhh, I guess I'll invest in more turbines then.
It picked my curiosity because one guide at the wiki states not to use Hacchan when 3-2 leveling.

That's only because Hachi has one HP more than Iku and Goya, so she technically has a longer repair timer than them when dropped to 1 HP... by like a minute at best.
Although truthfully nobody should be leveling at 3-2-A because Sub tanking is cruel abuse.
