Whoever made this flag has some poor insight.

Well, the artstyle is quite blurry and smeared, Isokaze's face is also quite uneasy to watch. Artist was trying to do that "painted" feel, but it's quite not that.

Tho, it's not "terrible" art, the flag is... pointless. It's not the best picture, but it's decent and acceptable quality.

"Terrible" is not a good reason to "circumvent" an approvel of a Janitor.

Well, the art style is acceptable, and IMHO acceptable-level quality posts don't deserve a flag, only poor/bad quality posts.
