    [Educational manga] Studying the Pelvis with Orange Pekoe-chan

    A heart-warming anatomical story using Orange Pekoe-chan as a model to learn of the keystone of the human body, the pelvis.
    Knowledge of the pelvis is essential for drawing the human body, so I decided to create this for others to study while learning some myself.

    • Divided into parts for bones, ligaments, muscles, and organs
    • Assam-sama and Rosehip-san's commentary will help explain the pelvis to beginners
    • This is the "front view edition"; I am not sure if I will make a "back view edition" or "side view edition". Though admittedly knowing the structure of the pelvis from multiple angles is important.
    • I tried my best to be accurate in my drawing, naming, and explanation of everything, however my shortcomings in understanding, drawing, and honest mistakes may result in incorrect information. Please understand. If something is obviously wrong, I would appreciate if you contacted me.

    骨 is a kanji meaning bone, and 盤 is a kanji that usually refers to a foundation. Together they form the word that means pelvis, probably because it forms the foundation of the abdomen.
    艦 is a kanji that looks somewhat similar and means battleship. I'm assuming the original translator mixed them up and translated it into "battleship bones".
