The comic opened up with "Today I'm working at another naval base", either implying this is something she does or setting a precedent for it, so I'd say so. Her superior is also definitely Lezmiral, so that leaves no doubt.

Since this /is/ the first time she's working with Admibro and didn't know him before though, it must be chronologically set before the events of Everlasting Summer Blizzard (but maybe not the flashback of the first time she stayed over with Fubuki), since by the last pages we had of that she seemed to have a straighter opinion of him.
