I wouldn't necessary call it better quality. It's somewhat de-noised but there is also loss of detail. None of the book edges were properly cropped out either. Someone just ran it through some heavy noise removal and ended it with that, not even cleaning up the obvious scan artifact on Reimu's skirt.

This is pretty good, but that hair length makes me wonder if they'd be better suited to cosplaying Kaguya and Mokou.
