? Well, maybe, maybe not. But flagging is sadly the only way too send an questionanle image to the queue. And i also don't think that is has to do with liking or not liking an image. Besides the face, the rest looks pretty weird. Inconsistent lighting and some colors with few shading for the clothes. Hmm :/.
I don't see any problem with the clouds and sky of this picture, checking the other I have uploaded of this same artist and others on his/her twitter they have very similar type of sky and cloud. On the case of the water the seiga commentary mentions something about emulsification being that the effect on the water. The final point about the clothes I guess is because whoever flagged the picture didn't like how he/she/it does not have a good way to see the skirt while she is kinda leaning forward, also it could be that her clothes are wet and don't look like dry clothes would look.
Either way, the flag reason is very dumb like if the flagger doesn't have taste for different types of art styles.
It is comparatively rare we get a paint-style (like the goop, not the MS program) drawing through here, but I'd like to see more detail in it. Just taking your brush and making a six-humped M twice doesn't make a very good looking braid. Some of the clouds are just scribbles. In my eyes it's pretty borderline; a bit more touching up and I'd go for it, and I'm a very harsh critic.
Flagging because you find parts of it drawn weird? What? This picture is perfectly fine and drawn in a painterly style. Sure, the clouds and water aren't the most realistic looking in the world, but they are by no means poorly drawn to the point of warranting a flag.
