It's been established just before they start this game that Akatsuki is ignorant about how one plays mahjong. Hibiki might be exploiting this to embarrass the "first-class lady" as punishment for her stubborn refusal to admit her ignorance.

Akatsuki thinks mahjong is a trick-taking game where each player draws one tile and the highest value tile wins, ignoring suits. They aren't even playing actual mahjong (which generally requires four players).

Honor tiles are probably treated as trumps or something, but we haven't seen one being drawn yet.

Hibiki is playing along while trolling.

Plus, well, in normal mahjong when multiple players call Ron or Mahjong on the same discard, the tile generally goes in order of seating priority (favoring the player who immediately goes after the discarder, and so on). Some alternate rules prioritize hand values instead.

It's not about who calls the tile first.

We moved into this apartment complex over a decade ago. Slightly less than a decade ago, we moved into a different apartment in the same complex. The apartment we were moving into had a couple doors that were covered in crayon from some unruly child. So, while we were moving boxes across the lot, we also carried doors back and forth. The bedroom door from the new apartment has a lock, the one we swapped doesn't.

Well, not alone. But ever since it's broken and kind of locked me inside so it had to be cut open, I left it that way. Well, there's only this computer I'm typing this in and a printer, 2 mattresses, 1 pillow my wadrove in side anyway. You might not believe it, but I really don't have porn. So I don't need a lock all that much, yeah.
