"Kiso-oneechan, you idiot!" looks enough to me.

In this case, "ボケ" means "a joker" or "someone playing the fool".
(Japanese comedians consist of "Tsukkomi" and "Boke". Tatsuta tried to act like "Boke".)
Tatsuta said "ボケ殺し" as one word (not so popular word),
and it means "someone who spoils jokes", but I don't know what it will be in English...
"joker-killer"..."joke-spoiler"..."comedian-killer"..."killjoy" ...?
"Kiso-oneechan, you joker-killer!"...does it make sense?
