Considering where that IS-2's gun is pointed, and the slope of that turret, either Nishi's getting a deflected shell to the jaw, or the crumpled remains of that cupola are cleaving her torso in half.
And "tier" nothing, that's the difference of four times the armor and a gun with twice the bore diameter. The Type 97 shouldn't even do 1 damage.

In Match 5 of Caren Tigers v. Noble of the Pacific Rumble, a single IS-3 shot did 1488 damage, so if you include bugs, it is possible.
