Althogh Nice Tights Day has passed... This is a 4koma where Yura-san gives Yuubari tights as a present.
This is a Goroawase pun day. 11/02 is "Nice Tights Day". Presumably by means of "11 2" -> "いい ふたつ" -> "ii tatsu" -> "nice tights".
