That's terrifying! It looks like some Lovecraftian horror. I don't know what I was expecting when I checked that link, but it wasn't that! I don't even want to try to think about that photo.
I'm honestly not sure why so many people proclaim this "nightmare fuel"... it's coral, guys. It's no big deal.
In my case, first time seeing the pic I got the impression of skin problem. Not sure of the medical name, but it's the kind where the whole face (or even the whole skin) is covered with skin growth.
