Additional notes about the artist commentary
The audio is a subtitled clip from Hibike! Euphoradio 2: Kumiko to Reina no Tokubetsu ni Naritai Radio! (響け！ユーフォラジオ2～久美子と麗奈の特別になりたいラジオ！, Hibike! Euphoradio 2: Kumiko and Reina's "I Want to Become Special" Radio!). The clip is from episode 7 of the radio program starting at 32m00s.
The translator Clar A has also translated several other clips from Euphoradio. They can be found at her tumblr or YouTube.
These clips come from a segment of the show "Datte Kore wa Ai no Kokuhaku Nan Dakara" (だってこれは愛の告白なんだから, Because this is a confession of love), where the seiyuu act out these "delusions" (妄想). The official site for Euphoradio asks for listeners to send in scripts. There's a form at the bottom of the page for listeners to write in.

Below is a transcription of the audio's translation (with some minor edits and descriptions of sounds). The comic doesn't embellish the original audio at all, aside from the final "I'm too gay for this" line.
On a Sunday that they didn't have practice, Kumiko and Reina were studying together at Kumiko's house.
[some kind of horns play in background]Kumiko: Reina, how do you solve this problem?
Reina: Um.. You use this formula in this way and just put it in this first formula.
Kumiko: Oh! That's right! Reina, you're also smart.
Reina: It's just that you don't study. We solved this problem just a while ago.
Kumiko: You're right. Thanks for teaching me.
Reina: You're welcome.
[A brief pause]
Kumiko: [breathing]
