Given some of the other uploads by this user, I get the impression these may be photoshops of the original manga with color added, or perhaps originally colored pages of the manga. (I don't read the manga, so I can't be sure.)

In that case it seems all of his uploads break site rules. Except perhaps the the two greyscale manga crops that are currently active.
