FGO MC is protected by his/her link with Mashu who makes him/her immune to Serenity's poison.

The Main character, by sheer luck, is immune to her poison.

Less sheer luck and more it's because of his connection to Mashu/Shielder.

But then again, the MC didn't know about that part.

This also made Mashu all the more jealous, and more hilarious for the players, with all those girls clinging onto MC.
