How about just 'Female Commander'? There are a few posts of a male commander, there's a different GF 4koma with a female commander and we don't have to make a tag solely for AC130's self-insert.

I thought about that, and frankly, I'm not very sure about this. (and yes, I made a hasty decision by tagging this again, I'll bear this in mind)
To me, it's kind of like british_admiral_(y.ssanoha), though based on the design of Zhan Jian Shao Nyu's admiral, he does have some unique features like giant nose and blond hair. AC130 also uses this girl in his PIXIV avatar, that's why I thought this is an artist self-insert unique to him.
