Not unnatural if the artist wanted to express surprise and embarrassment, look at the blush how changes from clear to a deep red, is just the speed makes you feel that sensation. If you are accustomed to one type of speed only (because the anime doesn't change that in any anime girl from the worst to the most pupular animation) it is obvious to feel like that.
In real life, womens reacts at different speeds and sometimes is quite faster than you expect. Also, for being a model in 2D is well done.
