Yamato and the Agano sisters are just added to Kancolle Arcade, and in the PV, it was shown they launch their planes or torps, which are on their legs, by raising up their legs as if they are kicking

actually it does. but only for a split second.
and also, going by the commentary, this is a reference to Kamen Rider Kabuto's regular rider kick.
