I guess it depends on the artist. Her hair is a sort of lavender color that seems to be about halfway between pink and purple, kinda the same way that "strawberry blonde" is about halfway between "blonde" and "redhead" -- almost light enough to be one and simultaneously almost dark enough to be the other.

I don't know much about nurse uniforms but so far in this series the Red Cross on their caps looks like the shape of an Iron Cross instead.

It's the same deal with Reisen with what you'd see. Since Touhou's so "freestyle" it's up to the artists to determine the fine details. That's one of the reasons it's so popular
