Probably because anime for guys tries to put the audience in the place of the male lead, so a male lead doing his sister is implicating that you want to do your sister. If it's a lesbian relationship without that implicit "this loser is you" involved, you can feel it's just two other people doing things you are watching, and don't have to feel responsible for.
