Since it's a region specific thing, I've never understood what's all going on with the "Look that way" part after winning a Rock, Paper, Scissors game. Over here in 'MURRICA, it always is just the R/P/S game itself, or maybe the loser gets slapped on the hand, and then it resumes.

I added a link, so that should help explain it, but basically, Janken is so popular that people add extra rules to it to keep it more interesting. There's also the variation with a rolled-up newspaper and a bucket where they have to grab and smack/defend from the attack.
