2 years later, I still have no idea what's happening in this pic... Is it a parody of the old Coppertone ad, or what?

If I recall correctly it was part of a series of images and this was the last image showing Saber getting revenge on Rin for having ruined the food she was going to eat (thus the tears over her lost meal).

I just realized that this isn't a duplicate because it doesn't have nosebleed Shirou in the back.
