Looks like a really good image composition wise.
Some details are great but, on the side, some "less important" i guess portions look unfinished.
Going to leave it up to the mods if this stays up.

You sure this is an original work? The face and body are done well, but the hands, some of the clothes, and the chains (and blank white edges like a bad photoshop) look like they were done in MS Paint, like someone just drew a dungeon scene over someone else's dakimakura image.

I'd assume it is honestly.
The artist already had this version up as well but, not really a way to be sure.
