There's nothing wrong with the torso that I can see. It's the obscured left hip area that's looks suspect, to which I weighed against the technical and aesthetic quality of this image and deemed it acceptable enough to approve.

I tossed in a Bad Anatomy tag in recognition of the first flag's issue at the time of reapproval. However, the second one is needlessly broadening the flaw beyond what it is actually affecting.

For once I agree with you. The flaw is minor at the most and shading and colouring are good enough to keep this.
