So Abyssals reenacting the Battle of Britain..

Bombing raids and dog fights everywhere.

Shouldn't the British jets and current AA be effective vs Abyssal planes?

I'm curious, what's special about number 58? Some famous air group?

The 58 is not notable but the green heart, it was the insignia of JG 54 a fighter wing that took part in the battle of britain. Most notable for aces like Nowotny, Kittel and Trautloft, who was best known for rescuing over 150 allied airmen from execution.

Just the artist's favourite number, he said that when asked. You can see that number on various of his works.

If modern weapons were effective against Abyssals, then we wouldn't be fighting them with WW2 weaponry.:P
