    A few connections with Symphogear and Maria Cadenzavna Eve:

    - Maria boxes in a similar outfit in the opening to Symphogear AXZ. The artist drew Maria in that outfit in post #2823683.
    - Maria also has pink hair, although it is entirely pink
    - Maria is voiced by Hikasa Youko, who dubs Weiss Schnee in RWBY
    - Neo is named after Neapolitan ice cream. Maria is on "Team Neapolitan". ("Team Neapolitan" comes from a fansub of AXZ episode 4. The artist knows English and draws Symphogear fanart, so it's very possible would have heard of the term.)
