"Yuri" doesn't mean cute, or clean, or safe, or nontoxic. Just because you first ran across the word applying to adorable schoolgirls gazing soulfully at each other and blushing at holding hands doesn't mean it doesn't also apply to two women hate-fucking each other with razor blades.
(Though this seems more to be one adorable schoolgirl lovingly carving another adorable schoolgirl like a roast ham, and there's not much indication that the carve-ee isn't in to it.)
