Apparently, the "Hero" job class also grants levels in the "Pervert" job class. That would explain a lot.
More like the Kamen guy is an impulsive grandstander who doesn't think more than a few seconds ahead in any given situation. This in turn leads to his "defeat" in certain situations since he tends to dig his own grave before the fight begins.

Well, the heroes didn't stop them from whatever it was they were going to do, that's for sure... just... what were they going to do? It doesn't seem like they were going to rob a bank or anything, so maybe their whole goal was "beat up Kamen Soldier"? If so, then yeah, mission accomplished(?)!
