Hilariously, this was translated in the North American version as "Argon Coin" with the description "Admire the skin and restore HP".
Also, I'm tempted to put this in the Hilarious in Hindsight pool because this comic was apparently made before the art book "Fate/Grand Order Material" was published, where it confirms that this is exactly how the skill works, but I'm not sure how accurate that is.

technically Argon Coin summons the guardian dragon of the fleece, but since she lacks the skills to preform summoning rituals, this is the best she can do with it.
