    "Cold" part 8

    I understand; you mean "you're the horniest and its standing up," right?
    This is a kanji pun on what Admiral says in the second panel, 'seiseidoudou' ('fair and square'), but replaces the 'seisei' part with the kanji meaning 'sexual' (repeated). It changes the meaning to something about magnificently sexual without changing the pronunciation any.

    A bit of that, but I think it's more that he relishes a "fair fight" - or, like rappa's series with the catboy landlord, what this perv admiral really relishes is Murakumo's reactions to his perversity - the outrage and embarrassment - and it's not as much fun if she's too sick to work up the proper outrage.
