Saw the translation and decided to clear up the confusion abit since its going towards the wrong way XD
Its about Mg5 wondering why does the MG sister's popularity is still so low despite being better than the UMPs in the naming. (顺子 means consecutive numbering (mg3, mg4, mg5), UMPs have their name skipping the order (UMP9, UMP40, UMP45)

Mg4 suggest that the problem probably lies with Mg3, to which the big sis came to an realization and says "No wonder! Her mind is full of combat even though she has such a lewd body!" <- a joke on how Mg3 constantly complains about her big breasts
In response to that, Mg5 switched Mg3's clothes with something else (probably lewd ones) while burning away her normal clothes (铁锈味 means the stench of rust, in chinese its mostly use describe someone or something thats always dealing with heavy work (mostly metal related) or battles)
though I'm pretty sure MG3 is the oldest of the MG by date of manufacture and implementation as well for this comic for that matter... though now I'm curious what was she given... amongst the T-dolls currently in-game only the handguns have some fetish-fuel costumes
