It actually has bad proportions.

The bad proportions tag should only be used when there is undenyably bad proportions. That means it should be pretty obvious to the regular user that there is something wrong, but it shouldn't get flagged because of the merits a post otherwise has. Standards might differ along the Approvers, but I also have a hard time to find here bad proportions.
I'm fine with the tag's removal.
