RNG is a fickle mistress. For instance, I went into the game expecting to roll mostly Buster Servants and thus skipped Tamamo's banner. Several spooks later and I'm kicking myself in the ass because I would have a VERY powerful Arts team if only I had bothered to roll her! Seriously, almost all my spooks are Arts, and those who aren't are Quick.
