She's basically Tewi the shipgirl (alongside Teruyo Hatsuyuki and Mokou-in-a-dress-with-some-robot-ears Murakumo) and she's in an image series where people are generally screaming for the artist to stop and not touch their waifus, but if it's Uzuki, people mention lightbulbs.

To be fair, it only comes up when Uzuki is in trouble (or thinks she is)- if she's fine, people don't bring up the dogs and the lightbulbs. I do agree that there's more to her than just that, though. She's definitely one of my favorite Destroyers (the others being Hatsuyuki, Nenohi, and Sazanami). And, now that you mention it, "Tewi the shipgirl" is a fairly apt description.
