It's an official in-game map, so there's no artist.

If anything, this is a stitched screenshot.

Someone had to MAKE the art though. The art doesn't just magically poof into existence at the start of an event, no matter how convenient that would be for the players or company, someone had to make it in the first place.

In-game art assets posted here generally don't get artist tags.

Unfortunately, when it comes to information.. background artist are usually on the back-burner when compared to character designers. Usually you can find the artist in credits but it lists ALL the artist and not specific ones for specific art. Some companies do give due credit to background/poster/ect. artist for their artwork on their official websites. You MIGHT be able to find it there, though most likely not on the English site.

I learned this when I had thoughts of making an indie game. I found myself more looking for background artists more than character designers cause some background art are just breathtaking.

While they said this is the last time Liz will be the Halloween servant, you think next year will get a new map altogether or the new Halloween Servant will hijack's Liz's castle and drop another building on top of this mess?
