Nope. Osakabehime is a permanent addition to the Gacha. Future guaranteed assassin plus extra Gachas will have a 1/3 chance of netting you Jack.

oh 2 5* assassins now, even if one would be better off as a caster.

Dedicated supports don't need to exclusively be Casters, you know...

The majority of assassins are Quick. Most often, using a assassin for damage dealing means not using a caster, because, well...

Osakabe-hime is built like a caster, has skills for a caster, stats for a caster and lore that would make her a caster, the only reason she's an assassin is due to her sneaking about abilities and her shut in nature which overrode her more caster-y origins.
