Checked in Google image search and that gif is still around but not showing up in my link, I guess it is being blocked some how. Shame, it is a glorious scene.

Yeah, I recognized the characters from seeing them on Danbooru a while ago so I just did a few, quick searches in my favourites to find out the name of the show, now I just need to get around to watching it which I'm quite bad at.
