    It was a total coincidence, but I was delighted.

    They brought out several additional dishes after this, so we figured it was just as well we didn't eat the keichan bowls. If we had, we wouldn't have been able to finish this!

    Purple is rare in umbrella picks, since the usual 6 color are blue, green, yellow, orange, red and pink.
    Packs that contain purple usually only consists of 3 colors, blue, green and of course, purple. So 33% chance, or 66% if you consider he got to pick his own seat with the purple one, if that is the same type of pack and since Sanae has the blue one, that would seem to support the theory. Although I do not recognize the brand, with the white stripe.
