Ryuuichi's noses are sometimes hit-or-miss like that, though it doesn't appear to be as frequent as Aoshima's derp-eyes (at least from what I've observed, or I might simply be biased).

I would say Ryuuichi's noses are more of a stylistic choice, while Aoshima's eyes are that way because he/she just doesn't give a damn. I mean, it's pretty clear where Aoshima's attention to detail is directed.
