Well wherever it was uploaded from before would only be a proximate source, wouldn't it. The *actual* source would be whatever the original source material is, be it a television stream or BD. So yes, the actual name of the production is the appropriate source, however the material you uploaded is very degraded form the actual original material.
There is in fact controversy over uploading anime to begin with, it's something that could be read about in long drawn out posts in the forum, but there isn't a definite policy I could point to. Many approvers will not approve it and others object having anime clips.
But even granting that anime clips are permitted, this isn't a good one. It isn't in the native resolution with good picture quality, there's no effort at video optimization, it isn't even a video. You can see visible artifating and it's very 'jumpy'/unsmooth and unnatural and repetitive.
