    I'm not sure what the number of forks is implying.
    It could be that she doesn't expect 2 of them to use utensils, or perhaps she was at one point planning to eat the cake alone with one other person, or perhaps she's forgetting about 2 of them entirely...

    If i'm reading it right, dai-chan is only saying "there are two" in the last panel, right? so maybe she's taking notice of letty and osa-letty?
