Uniform, weapon, helmet, ammo pouches, magazines, canteen, mess kit, shovel, gas mask, weapon cleaning kit, shelter quarter (tent piece), eating utensils, toothbrush, comb, lard container, other toiletries. The bare minimum for civilized survival. Not seeing how that's over the top.
