I still don't get one thing. If Tsumugi has that "cospox" and was able to cosplay as anyone from previous games, claiming that they were not real, why she couldn't cosplay as Kaede or anyone from v3 when she was stating that they also were not real?

Because the other "realities" are long gone and don't fit anymore. There an be only one reality in this game. Further explanation would probably lead into spoiler territory but while Kade is still "fake" she still "exists" in this instance.
