Found the source (this matches the large, and original gives a 403).

I see no indication that it's GITS specifically. Though it's clearly cyberpunk, the characters and equipment look different enough that I wouldn't tag it on appearance alone. @Kronnang_Dunn Where did you get this / how do you know it's GITS? In the absence of further reasoning, I think we should tag this as an original.
