To be fair, most blonde women aren't actually blonde. The majority of blond women, if stripped down, would have dark-coloured pubes. Obviously, it could just be a mistake on the artist's part - or that he felt that dark pubes looked better than blonde ones - but it's not as weird as you're making out.
Well it's not that I'm saying it's BAD or anything due to it, it's not a huge deal. But she's about as Aryan as they come, being from a Germany analogue and whatnot. Iunno.

Trigger guard looks like a quick draw guard so you can get your finger to the trigger from the holster right away. Mag angle... that's harder to explain. I'm not a gun expert or anything that's just IMO the best reasoning for the trigger guard.
