    お久しぶりです 今回はただ甘えるワンちゃんが描きたいがために描いた漫画です（笑　文ちゃんたちは久々に漫画に登場しましたが、やはりこの子たちを描くと謎の安心感があります（汗　今回はトーンもなく６ページしかありませんが、少しでもヒマをつぶせましたら幸いです！　■　コメントの返信が終わりました！沢山のコメントいつもありがとうございます！

    The untranslated line from Hatate is some kind of song parody, based on Momiji's reaction, but I can't read the dakuten/handakuten on the name.

    edited to add:

    バグスター "Bagster" looks to be a line of motorcycle bags.
    パグスター "Pugster"?? Doesn't seem to be anything.

    Did a quick look around and it might be a parody of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid's OP and the "バグスター" Momiji mentioned might be Bugsters.

    You may be right. The Kamen Rider Ex-Aid version goes:
    相当 (soutou) (Extreme!)
    EXCITE EXCITE　高鳴る (EXCITE EXCITE takanaru) (EXCITE EXCITE Raise the Beat!)

    Whereas this version goes:
    相当 (soutou) (Extreme!)
    屁クセー　屁クセー　ただよう (hekuse- hekuse- tadayou) (smells like farts, smells like farts, it's in the air)

    (Yikes.)

    Edited to add:
    Just listened to the song and the singer's "EXCITE" really does sound a lot like "へくさい" (hekusai = stinks like farts)... Wow.
