Oh man, I totally wrecked my knees going skating a few weeks ago. I kind of fell forward, but couldn't get my hands down fast enough, so my entire 240lb mass contacted the ice on the two small points of my knees.
Quite a bit less pleasant than the pillow contact happening here.
